Aqua Oliva Resort, 4*, member of Across Hotels & Resorts, is located a few meters from the superb beach of Agia Paraskevi, Syvota. The beach of Agia Paraskevi, belongs to the village Perdika. It is a beach with pebbles and gravel, in a unique landscape full of green. The sea is warm and has an exotic beauty. In a short distance from the beach, there is a small island with lush greenery that you may reach swimming. In the beginning of the beach there is a small church of Agia Paraskevi.
Important attractions of the area are the monastery of Agia Paraskevi, the lighthouse of the island Mavro Oros, built in 1884, as well as the ancient settlement of Vrachonas. Also nearby are interesting places with natural beauty, history and picturesqueness such as Zalongo, Necromancer, Dodoni, Zagorochoria, Vikos Valley, Preveza, Igoumenitsa, Parga, Arta.
